What is this madness?

When a newly diagnosed friend was confused about the difference between Dysautonomia and its subtypes, I looked for an infographic to explain. I was astonished when I couldn’t find one – it seemed like a really obvious thing to have a visual representation of. So I whipped one up for her, and posted it on my blog, thinking maybe it would be helpful for others too.

Less than 24 hours later, that infographic post has OVER ONE THOUSAND VIEWS! It’s been read in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Ireland, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, and Qatar.

What is this madness?!!

I’m absolutely bursting with excitement. I started this blog to share my personal experiences with chronic illness, and to raise awareness. And suddenly, it seems like I’m doing just that. I can’t even express how that makes me feel.

So, to everyone so far who has read my work, a big, heartfelt thank you! Please keep sharing it with others, so that Dysautonomia can become better understood.

xx S.

What else would you like to see an infographic of? Send me your suggestions, and if I use your idea, I’ll give you credit on the image 🙂

  2. Thank you thank you. As someone who is in the process of being diagnosed, this infographic was the first thing I’d seen that made Dysautonomias less confusing rather then more. Thank you for helping to make clear what is pretty overwhelmingly complicated.
